Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund of the 50% deposit paid at booking, minus any transaction fees, which are the guest’s responsibility. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation cost, including taxes, plus any transaction fees. The remaining 50% is due at check-in.
