  1. 1. Bookings & Reservations

    All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Forget Me Not Resort reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

  2. 2. Payment

    To confirm your booking, full prepayment is required. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  3. 3. Cancellation Policy

    Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on refunds and cancellations.

  4. 4. Check-in & Check-out

    Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  5. 5. Guest Responsibilities

    Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, rooms, or equipment during their stay. The resort reserves the right to charge guests for any such damage. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests at all times.

  6. 6. Noise & Conduct

    To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we request that noise be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The resort reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

  7. 7. Pets

    Pets are not permitted on the property unless prior written consent has been obtained from the resort management.

  8. 8. Liability

    Forget Me Not Resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to take appropriate care of their valuables. The resort is not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident occurring on the premises.

  9. 9. Privacy

    We collect and use guest information solely for the purpose of managing your booking and improving your experience. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

  10. 10. Changes to Terms

    Forget Me Not Resort reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
